Astravel has been selected as Russian tour operator in providing access to the St. Andrew's Ball, quite possibly, the world's most traditional and well-attended events of the pre-Christmas season. In the past, the ball has raised a maximum of $50,000 for charity. As well as the St. Andrew Society of Russia, Astrevel joins the noble mission of charity.

Every year, Scots and lovers of Scotland gather together to celebrate the feast day of St. Andrew, who is the patron saint of both Scotland and Russia. This event unites two great countries, two different and at the same time similar cultures. Scottish Society reminds us of our relationship and make a difference in the community in which we find ourselves - in other words, charity. Astravel helps expats to approach great cultural and natural heritage of our great country and comprehend an essence of the Russian
soul. Together we get to know each other better and establish friendly relations.

The 400 guests are entertained by famous bands, speakers and raffle, which will raffle off various prizes including a gift-certificate from Astravel. Who will win an exciting prize - we will see at the St. Andrew's Night Ball, the great evening of the culture, which attracts huge interest in the media and all the people with an interest or love of Scotland, living in Russia.

Astravel is extremely honored to have been offered the opportunity to help in organization of the Ball. This is not only an excellent event to attend, but participants at the same time support a great cause. Astravel exists for all who are interested in the activities in all other Russia and we are pleased to provide any assistance to expat communities based in Moscow.
