Numerous branches of ANTI-CRISIS WORLD BARTER AND TRADE EXCHANGE are now being established in order to make its system easily accessible to parties throughout the world. Through these branches will flow an enormous quantity of information in the form of applications offering commodities, as well as services and debts, for exchange. Such applications will also designate the commodities (and/or services) required by the offering parties. A specially designed computer program process the information and attempt
to match the parties' respective requirements by developing "chains" of potential exchanges (transactions).
Money is a commodity like any other commodity and information regarding its availability will be contained in the system. Thus, there will be no need for loans or guarantees. Barter transactions, of course, are more difficult to carry out than those involving simply the payment of money for commodities. The need for such an infrastructure arises at a time of serious disruption in the financial system functioning. It is not a panacea for crisis, but rather a means of turnover facilitating at the fiercest crisis period. One can only guess when we are to face it, but preparation in advance is worth while. It will help many companies to maintain their business and their
work force, to survive the hard times.
