VOCABULARY - outsourcing/offshoring

Outsourcing/offshoring/offshore outsourcing - попробуем разобраться. Например, цитата из статьи:

The skilling of labour markets in low cost countries is causing a major shift in global work patterns. outsourcing:
The procuring of services or products, such as the parts used in manufacturing a motor vehicle, from an outside supplier or manufacturer in order to cut costs.
To send out (work, for example) to an outside provider or manufacturer in order to cut costs.
Paying another company to provide services which a company might otherwise have employed its own staff to perform, e.g. software development.

off-shore
Moving or directed away from the shore: an offshore wind.
a. Located at a distance from the shore: an offshore mooring; offshore oil-drilling platforms.
b. Located or based in a foreign country and not subject to tax laws: offshore bank accounts; offshore investments.

"I really enjoyed "Autobiography in Five Short Chapters", it was quite witty and laconic. I have a question: What Portia Nelson would do if she met the hole while walking down another street?

I think I would write:

Chapter Six
I walk down another street.
I see the same hole.
I smile; I jump into it.
I enjoy the falling. :)
or
Chapter Six
I walk down another street.
There is no hole there.
I feel sad. I miss my hole.
I turn to the previous street.
or
Chapter Six
I walk down another street.
There is no hole there.
I dig up another hole.

I can write more but I think this will do.
It would be interesting though to know what would other people write.
What would their Sixth Chapter be like?"
