2. tired of.. - усталый от...
Finally, the doctor got tired of waiting for us... - В конце концов, доктор устал нас ждать...

3. treatment - лечение, обращение.
psychiatric treatment - психиатрическое лечение.
to treat - обращаться.
Did I treat you badly? - Я с вами плохо обращался?

GRAMMAR
Names with or without the

"We use mount (= mountain) and lake without the.
Mount Everest (not "the...")
Mount Etna
Lake Superior
Lake Constance

They live near the lake. but They live near Lake Constance. (without 'the').
We use the with the names of oceans, seas, rivers, canals:

the Atlantic (Ocean)
the Mediterranean (Sea)
the Red Sea
the Indian Ocean
the Channel (between France and Britain)
the (River) Amazon
the (River) Thames
the Nile
the Suez Canal
the Rhine.

We use the with plural names of people and places.

people: the Taylors (= the Taylor family), the Johnsons
counties: the Netherlands, the Philippines, the United States
groups of islands: the Canaries / the Canary Islands, the Bahamas, the British Isles
mountain ranges: the Rocky Mountains/ the Rockies, the Andes, the Alps

The highest mountain in the Alps is Mont Blanc. (not 'the Mont Blanc')"¹

PHRASAL VERBS
get round
Одно из значений - "обмануть":
She should do. She knows how to get round him.
Еще значение - "найти время для чего-л, кого-л":
I've been too busy - I simply haven't got round to it.

Vocabulary.
I don't want to be alone...
Указанный пример «I don't want to be alone no more» содержит грамматическую ошибку (двойное отрицание). К сожалению, так часто говорят носители языка (чья речь была записана и опубликована в рассылке). Будем их понимать, но сами говорить правильно – any more.
Большое спасибо Kate. Правильный вариант «I don't want to be alone any more.»
По поводу "as to me" Kate пишет:
"This should be: as for me and : As for me, I was always too modest to praise myself."
Оба варианта правильны, можно использовать "to" или "for" . «As for me» - более распространенный.
